A native of Richmond, Richard attended Midlothian High School and earned a Marketing degree from the University of Virginia. Jim, a New York native, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, NY. They both worked for Fortune 500 companies for over a decade, where Richard specialized in design, marketing, and negotiations, and Jim rose through the ranks in project management.
Their shared passion for design and creativity encouraged them to join forces and start their own home staging company. Over a 15-year period, they helped thousands of home sellers and grew their business into one of the largest home staging companies in San Diego, CA.
For sellers, we offer concierge-level service, providing guidance and connections to painters, flooring specialists, cleaners, handymen, stagers, and moving companies. This ensures the home is market-ready and the transition out of it is as smooth as possible. We maximize a home’s potential through a comprehensive marketing plan combined with a strategic staging approach to attract the most buyers.
For buyers, we offer counsel and education on the Richmond market, lending resources, and buyer checklists and timelines. We love finding homes that are a strong fit and offering design ideas to enhance the property. When the time comes, we apply our interpersonal and negotiating skills to guide you through the offer and inspection processes, all the way to closing!
