A native of Richmond, Richard attended Midlothian High School, and earned a Marketing degree from the University of Virginia. He then went on to work for a Fortune 500 company where he specialized in design, marketing, and negotiations.
Richard’s overwhelming love of design and all things creative encouraged him to take a leap of faith to start his own home staging business. Over a 15-year period, he helped thousands of home sellers, and grew their business into one of the largest home staging companies in San Diego, CA.
Richard starts each day with gratitude – gratitude for living in the thriving city of Richmond, and gratitude for the chance to help others as a REALTOR® at Joyner Fine Properties.
For Richard, the most important aspect of helping others is to truly listen and understand his clients’ needs and aspirations. His only goal is to then turn his clients’ dreams and aspirations into reality!
